MEXC Rewards Hub Brings Trading Bonuses, Airdrops, and Crypto Incentives to One Place

MEXC has rolled out its Rewards Hub; a dedicated campaign page that pools the exchange’s incentive programs into a single dashboard. Traders can now access USDT bonuses, token airdrops, futures bonuses, trading fee vouchers, copy trading bonuses, token vouchers, and Earn APR boosters from one location.

The hub eliminates the need to chase separate promotions or dig through multiple menus to find active offers.

The Rewards Hub functions as an ongoing incentive center. It is not a limited-time event with a fixed end date. MEXC designed the platform to keep reward opportunities available on a rolling basis. Tasks and rewards shift according to market conditions, and different regions may see tailored promotional events.

    How to Join and Earn

Participation follows a clear set of steps. Users must visit the Rewards Hub page before completing any task; this visit counts as registration. From there, they complete eligible activities, which vary by region and user status. Tasks include completing KYC verification, making deposits, holding qualifying balances, trading futures, or joining copy trading. MEXC updates the available tasks over time.

After finishing a task, users claim their reward manually. Progress updates can take up to 30 minutes. If the status does not change immediately, a page refresh usually does the trick. All rewards go through a risk review that typically takes up to seven calendar days. Once approved, rewards appear under Rewards Hub → My Rewards. Unclaimed rewards expire after the claim period, so users must act before the deadline.

Some promotions require Primary or Advanced KYC verification before claiming. Sub-accounts do not count as independent participants; trading volume from sub-accounts combines with the main account for calculations. Users can join only one new-user event at a time; simultaneous participation in multiple events is not permitted.

Futures-related rewards depend on local laws. Traders from jurisdictions where derivatives trading is prohibited may not qualify. MEXC runs exclusive events for certain countries and regions, so users should check announcements regularly.

    Understanding the Reward Types

Each reward category serves a distinct purpose. Futures bonuses act as margin for futures trading and can offset fees, losses, and funding costs. These bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly, but any profits generated from bonus-funded trades can be withdrawn. Copy trade bonuses work only within the copy trading module and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Trading fee vouchers reduce futures trading fees and expire if left unused.

Position airdrops automatically open a futures position using bonus funds. Users keep eligible profits while losses stay capped at the airdrop amount; a clear risk-control feature. Token vouchers can be redeemed for designated cryptocurrencies. Once redeemed, those tokens become the user’s own assets and can generally be traded, transferred, or withdrawn. Earn APR boosters provide extra yield on eligible Earn products, up to specified limits.

    Deposit Calculations and Holding Periods

For qualifying deposit events, MEXC calculates net deposits in USDT using the platform’s prevailing rates at the time of each transaction. Net deposits equal on-chain deposits (excluding internal transfers) plus P2P and fiat purchases plus airdrops, minus on-chain withdrawals (including internal transfers), P2P and fiat sales, transfers out, and gifts sent.

The holding period countdown starts the moment a user meets the requirement and stops once the balance drops below the threshold.

    Tracking and Managing Rewards

Users can check their futures bonus balance on the web under Wallets → Funding History → Futures, or on the app under Wallets → Futures → USDT. Futures bonus history appears on the web under Futures → USDT-M → Capital Flow → Bonus, and on the app under the same path. Copy trade bonuses are visible on the app under Wallets → Copy Trade.

The Rewards Hub simplifies the entire process. Instead of jumping between campaign pages, users get a single view of what they have earned, what tasks remain, and what rewards are available.

MEXC retains the right to modify campaigns and interpret the rules, but the core value remains unchanged: a streamlined way for traders to collect bonuses, vouchers, and airdrops without unnecessary complexity.
